We are accepting abstract submissions for researchers to present their work
at the Summit as a poster. It is a great opportunity to showcase and share
your insights, discoveries, and advancements in content moderation research
with other researchers and industry leaders within content moderation and
Trust & Safety.Students are encouraged to submit their work. The deadline
for abstract submissions is April 20th, 2024.

There will be several workshops at the Social Media Moderation Summit,
meant for attendees with shared interests to discuss emerging and relevant
topics in content moderation with other researchers, leaders, and other
professionals across disciplines and backgrounds.

There will be workshops in breakout-style setting on various topics such
as: LGBTQ+ Volunteer content moderators, Designing for Children, Designing
for Inclusivity, Moderation Beyond Text and Images.

We are seeking mentors to be paired with student researchers for the
conference. Mentors will be assigned a mentee and be paired together during
conference activities such as mentor-mentee lunch, workshops, and more.
Mentors will be paired based on similar areas of interest in content
moderation.

If you would like to become a mentor, please indicate your interest during
registration.
