[Air-L] Reference recommendation for labor platform app-worker interaction

Dear AoIR members,

I am a sociologist studying food delivery platform labor. Recently, I have
been very interested in the relationship between delivery apps and the
safety of delivery workers. These are my key research questions: 1. What
cognitive/psychological states do delivery apps trigger, and 2. Do these
psychological states increase occupational safety and health risks?

I was wondering if I could get some recommendations for references from
human computer interaction/human-AI interaction experts in the AoIR
community regarding my research questions. If you could point me to one of
your favorite papers, that would be a good place to start.
