Telecoms-focused PhD students, postdocs, and their mentors, please take
note!

Consider joining us in Honolulu this January.

Are you an actively enrolled doctoral (Ph.D.) student or do you hold a
postdoctoral position? Know a qualified rising scholar? If so, consider
applying or encouraging others to apply for the 2023 PTC Emerging Scholar
Program.

The Emerging Scholar Program aims to recognize, encourage, and support
up-and-coming scholars in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure
fields.

The program offers promising emerging scholars the opportunity to:

   - Gain insights into current industry issues and new trends
   - Engage in discussions with esteemed academic faculty in identifying
   practical research applications
   - Network with industry professionals, members of international
   organizations, NGOs, government officials, and academics from over 60
   nations

Selected emerging scholars will be invited to present their research to
leading ICT-industry executives from around the world at PTC'23 in
Honolulu, Hawaii, from 15 to 18 January 2023.
