[Air-L] Sharing Generative Media Lab Project Proposal

Dear colleagues,

I wanted to share a project proposal I have drafted for establishing a
Media Lab focused on empowering cultural and creative industries in
the Global South with generative AI capabilities.

While I do not currently have the means to implement this lab myself,
I hope this proposal document may serve as a useful starting point or
source of ideas for anyone interested in establishing similar
initiatives oriented towards empowering local creative communities
with generative AI.

My goal is to contribute ideas and momentum towards seeing more
accessible medialabs emerge across the Global South to explore
generative AI. If this proposal helps inspire or inform real projects
in any way, I would consider that a valuable outcome.
