Dear colleagues,

The new (12th) annual edition of my casebook Internet Law: Cases and Problems is now available. It covers the core topics of the subject -- jurisdiction, free speech, privacy, online contracts, computer crimes, trademarks, domain names, virtual property, copyright, patents, antitrust, telecom, and platform regulation -- and features extensive questions and problems to prompt discussion. Recent updates in the last few years include extensive new material on content moderation and blockchains. While the book is written primarily for law students, it has been adopted in a number of undergraduate courses, and the teacher's manual contains suggestions for using it with non-law students.

The book is available as a DRM-free PDF download with a suggested price of $30 from Semaphore Press at http://semaphorepress.com/InternetLaw_overview.html and in a $67 print-on-demand version at https://www.amazon.com/dp/1943689156. If you are interested in learning more, you are welcome to download a copy for free (use the "freeride" button at the bottom right of the payment page) and to email me offlist for a copy of the teacher's manual.

best wishes,
James
